[Resolved]  Flipkart — lenovo k8 note was delivered with damaged part

I am sunil kumar jain with mobile# [protected] (Currently avaiable only on whatsapp as i am out of india since 4th jan 2018). I could never imagine that flipkart could be such a mean, cheap company... When i ordered my mobile phone lenovo k8 note on 28th dec 2017, it was delivered on 30th dec 2017 (Looks like they wanted to get rid of damaged ohone quickly)... I was convinced without really checking it for 3 days and screen saver put on its screen. When i put the sim on 2nd jan 2018, i was not able to hear anything, immediately i put the return request online... So i started getting calls from customer care saying that do not worry, we will resolve your problem and though there was nothing to solve for demegaed, they were just convincing do not worry — and started sending me mail to provide feedback from customer care!!! What is this non sense, which feedback they were asking... And return request which i had given on-line, that was removed by flipkart team!!! This bloody cheap company... It has to be penalized for their conduct and playing with customer hard earned eating the money — they have to pay the penanlty as well on top of whatever is the price of the phone. Its highly serious and sensitive matter where a compnay ealiting customer money by delivering damged item and not ready for return...

FOR THE DAMAED PHONE EVEN AFTER THE RETURN REQUEST, FLIPKART KEPT FOOLING SAYING THAT THEY WILL HELP WITHOUT TAKING THE PHONE BACK AND RETURN MY MONEY BACK... THEY KEPT SAYING THIS TILL 9TH JAN AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I SAW MY RETURN REQUEST WAS DELETED FROM HIS SITE AND ITS JUST SHOWING THAT PHONE IS DELIVERED...SUCH ONLINE SITES CANNOT BE TRUSTED... WHO ARE OPENLY PLAYING... THERE IS NO CREDIBILITY OF THESE... A STRICT ACTION IS REQUIRED ALONG WITH SEVERE PENALTY ON TOP OF THE PRICE THE PHONE...PLEASE TAKE STRINGENT ACTION AGAINST FLIPKART ... I COULD NEVER IMAGINE THAT IT COULD BE SUCH FAKE COMPANY ...

NO, FLIPKART IS WHY PLAYING WITH ME AND HARRASSING MY WIFE IN BANGALORE. HOW COME FLIPKART CAN HARRAS THIS IS BECOMING ONE OTHER CASE HARRASSMENT. WHY FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE IS CALLING AGAIN AND AGAIN AND SAYING THAT TECHNICAL PERSON VISIT WILL HAPPEN TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I DO NOT WANT TO KEEP PHONE AND AS REQUEST WAS RAISED ON 2ND JAN 2018, IT HAS TO RETURN MONEY AND TAKE BACK THE PHONE... WHY FLIPKART IS PLAYING SO CHEAP AND DO NOT PAYING MY MONEY BACK. IT IS ALSO BECOMING A CASE OF HARRASSMENT BY ITS CUSTOMER CARE WHO IS CALLING MY WIFE AT THE NUMBER [protected] AND HARRASSING HER JUST BY SAYING THIS THING OR THAT THING AND INSTEAD OF RETURNING MY MONEY BACK OF RS 13129/- AND TAKE BACK THE PHONE. FLIPKART LOST HIS CREDIBILITY COMPLETELY... THIS IS SUCH A CHEAP COMPANY ... WHO DESERVED TO BE SLAPPED SOME CRORES OF FINES FOR HARRASSING PEOPLE IN THE NAME SERVICE...THEY HAVE RERURN MY MONEY BACK...
