I have purchased a leveno laptop from the flipkart in october 2018 under sale and its performace is pathetic it takes half an hour to boot and flipkart shown that as a verified product i am a regular visitor on flipkart and purchased even white goods from flipkart but this tie i feel cheated as the verified product on flipkart is not performing and same i feel for the company like lenovo. Request you to look into the matter and hope so that you will solve the same well within no time

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered. We regret to inform that as the product was delivered to customer on October 13, 2019, as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order.
