Dear team,

I have ordered a lenovo laptop with the order number od[protected].

Not even ten days into use, the mouse pad has stopped working, the system hangs and doesn't work properly until i restart. Not worthy of a lenovo laptop and flipkart deliverable.

I want to return my laptop and get a complete refund. The cancellation panel doesn't take my cancellation request.

Kindly respond the further modalities and arrange for picking up the laptop.

Since the product was delivered to you on 11th July 2017, the seller will be unable to accommodate your return request as it has cross seller 10 days return policy.

Although the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you may reach out to the brand's Authorized Service Center for any service related requests and they'll help out. This should help you find an Authorized Service Center closest to you.
