Dear team, I have ordered a lenovo laptop with the order number od[protected]. Not even ten days into use, the mouse pad has stopped working, the system hangs and doesn't work properly until i restart. Not worthy of a lenovo laptop and flipkart deliverable. I want to return my laptop and get a complete refund. The cancellation panel doesn't take my cancellation request. Kindly respond the further modalities and arrange for picking up the laptop.
