I have raised multiple cases, but apparently your Flipkart Customer services closes tickets without actual resolution. I have requested for a return of a defective product and have been waiting from June 24th for you to send a technician to come and check the product for return approval. No one has come back till date.. i have been raising case via email and phone and always get an answer " sir we will get back to you in 24/48 hours" .. no one is calling nor following up with me . I need a resolution for this as Flipkart customer service is pathetic. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ??? Was this information helpful? | |

However, the seller has initiated a return request for a refund of your LG 28 L Convection Microwave Oven. We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has scheduled the pickup from your address by 18 Jul 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 3 business days as per standard banking procedures.
