[Resolved] Flipkart — livpure water purifier undelivered but status is delivered

I bought it along with many other items on bbd sale. All the items have been delivered except this one and the status of the order is marked as delivered. Don't know where my product is and it was a prepaid order as well. Have called up flipkart n number of times but they are too busy to be concerned about. Seems like they working with nasa. If they are unable to deliver then atleast initiate a refund for my order. Worse service this time, should have gone for purchase from amazon. I would take legal action if my complaint is unheard in next couple of days.

Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the wrong delivery issue. We had interacted with the customer and he said shipment is delivered. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
