[Resolved] Flipkart — lock account | |||
My account is blocked by flipkart. They are saying it's because i have returned too many products. One, there is no policy for the same. Second, i have not even returned that many products. I can not keep something faulty, of course, i will return. Third, flipkart should sue their seller for sending such items rather than harassing the customer. Now i need the invoice of my mobile that i bought from them, but they are not co-operating. Since 2014, i was using flipkart and i placed more than 100 orders (Without returns). My id: [protected]@gmail.com Several time i tried to contact customer support but they are saying same thing that "i have returned too many product". Moreover i have only one mobile number so i am not able to create a new account too. So its very pathetic i want to place order in flipkart but i cant. Please unblock my id and phone number.
