[Resolved] Flipkart — login failing | |||||
I am not able to login. When i am logging in with my credentials its saying "account doesnot exist" And when trying to sign up its saying "account already exists". Also forgot password is not working. When i press forgot password it says unable to process. I purchased some items from flipkart earlier but now its not working. I want this issue to get resolved as soon as possible. Please help me. Please look in to this issue and resolve this as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Sep 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding flipkart account inactive related, we have interacted with customer and informed to login from the registered mobile number or email id and details shared, previously cx was tried login from the different mobile number and due to that she faced the issue, hence closing the case from our team.
