[Resolved] Flipkart — made successful payment but order not been placed | |
Hey, i ordered ultimate nutrition prostar from flipkart costing ₹2585 using upi. The transaction got successful but the order failed at flipkart. I got debited the amount, i am attaching the reference id and payment screen shot. I contacted flipkart multiple times, they asked me to contact the payment bank for transaction, i contacted them also but they said money has been send to flipkart using upi. Verified Support Oct 05, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Shivam, We understand your concern and sorry to hear that your order didn't go through as the seller has not received the payment for the order 'OD[protected]' due to a system error. In the unlikely event of the amount being debited from your bank account, it will be reversed within 8 business days from the date of the transaction. If you still wish to buy the item, you can place a new order and can also choose cash on delivery as the payment mode. Your understanding is appreciated.
