Flipkart — malfunctioning phone delivered and return request not accepted as the seller is unable to give replacement | |||||
I ordered a phone realme 5 pro on 02 oct 19 through flipkart. The phone arrived on 09 oct 19. Phone started malfunctioning on 17 oct 19 (Bluetooth not switching on). Raised request twice on 17 oct 19 and 18 oct 19. But no technician visited to check the phone. Seller denied to give replacement as the seller was unable to give replacement. Reason cited by flipkart was that i didn't received there call. Flipcart's call came only for short duration and before i was about to pick it up, the call got disconnected.
