Dear sir, od[protected] I am purchase in your product delivery in 28/01/2019 on bajaj emi card With in ten days has been completed in demo and installation process After three days working has been properly Then now in not working i am raising the service complaint in feb 17th Then the technician was visit in my home on 27/02/2019 the machine was checked and find the problem water motor sensors and drain pump are working improperly I am working an press iam not available in my home for u r technician was service Please kindly return on your product Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Mar 18, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is not as per the specification mentioned. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed the replacement product has been delivered on 17 Mar 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
