Flipkart — marq tv warranty not being honoured | |||
I had purchased this marq brand smart tv in nov 2018 and since then, it has never worked properly. Off & on its has been malfunctioning and have raised multiple service requests till now for various issues. Its motherboard has also been changed once and again i had raised a complaint as tv was not accepting ip address of lan or wifi also, builtin chrome-cast is not working. 1st service request for the same issue was closed without being addressed, then i raised another one. This time service engineers visited and told me that motherboard needs to be changed again. But after that, flipkart is saying they dont won any responsibility for marq products. Please help. Since the product was delivered to you on 18 Nov 18, It has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this seller will not be able to fulfill replacement/refund for this order. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.
