Flipkart — mattress has not been picked up which was requested for return | |||
I have received 72*60*5 mattress instead of 78*60*5 mattress vide order no Od[protected]. I have requested for return vide return id id[protected]. They arranged technical visit, but that was not happen sofar and they did not take the pickup. It is requested to arrage to pickup the mattress early. If any transportation charges are needed the same will be paid at pickup location or you can deduct the amount while making the refund. Thanks, T. V. Krishna rao Was this information helpful? | |||

My product was missing but Flipkart not refund my money, Flipkart customer service says to me solve my problem in 15 January 2018, but Flipkart say in 15 Jan he did not refund my money

I had ordered "Morphy Richards OFR 9F ("With Fan") Oil Filled Room Heater" but the item was delivered without "fan". Moreover, neither an option of talking to customer care executive is available in IVR menu nor any information about exchange the item is available on IVR.
