[Resolved] Flipkart — mi a3 | |
I received the phone on 24th january 2020 with order id - od[protected] on the very same evening i observed a severe battery draining issue & call network issue with the phone hence, i'd raised a return request. I received a call from flipkart customer care stating some trouble shooting steps, i followed it. At last the guy asked me to factory reset, i did. Next day technician from jeeves arrived at my place, told me we would be penalised if we do not reject returns for minor issues. He asked me to escalate any issue in future to flipkart & shoot the issue if possible with different phone. Next day the phone got hanged, immediately i shot on alternate phone & raised a return request again. The next technician was very clumsy, but smart enough to reject the request without checking the video & photos as i also took battery draining pics when phone was on standby mode with no apps installed, he told me that company would believe there is problem with the device only if the blanco app test goes fail, he downloaded the app & checked gps of the phone & said the phone is ok. I told him to check the video i made, he denied. He said we are 3rd party vendor, we are meant to do maximum rejections. He also asked me not to buy stuff online. When i requested him to run test for hanging issue, he denied & said the test needs minimum 80% battery & the phone has 20% who will wait for so long? Better you use same phone, don't install any apps. I asked him, if you needed so much battery you would have informed me prior on call i. E before coming, i told him if i needed no apps, i would have brought basic feature phone & not a smartphone. He took a jobsheet, wrote there's no issue with the phone, made me sign it still i wrote multiple remarks on it in the comment box. After all this, next day flipkart is asking me to take my phone to service centre as again the return request is rejected. If the phone needs to visit the service centre within a day that itself resembles there's an issue with the phone. Flipkart is doing fraudulent activity by selling maximum defective products during the sale. What can consumers like us do after spending our hard earned money on product with no after sale service? Products like mi are found online with good offers. Hence, people trusts these online sites. It's just been 4 days, my phone is not replaced under 10 days replacement policy. Every day different person from flipkart's customer care is calling & harassing me by asking what happened from the very first day but, none of them are resolving my issue. I need a refund for my product. I've mailed flipkart many a times but they aren't entertaining me due to which i'm tensed & also facing some blood pressure issue due to stress. They are purposely extending the duration by arranging technician visits from jeeves, who are not even professionals. So that my 10 days replacement policy invalidate.
