Flipkart — mi led 108 | |||
The issue with mi led tv 43 inches that i have ordered through flipcart. I have received a damaged product (Oct 11) through gati services. When i asked for a replacement but wish master (Ekart) they are not giving the product and not even willing to take the damaged product which got it from flipkart. Why there is so much delay in it, it’s been crossed already 28 days i have received the product from flipkart. Nothing was happened? Initially they said replacement is possible and they postponed it and finally said product is not available and failed to keep up the promise later on they told now refund is available for the same. Damaged product is still with me only, they are not even picking the product as well. Every time they are giving the deadline and they are not keeping their words. Every time it’s a big melodrama I wish that i had never bought any of the products from flipkart. At the end now they are saying to contact mi nothing can be done from their end and mi said nothing from their end. Was this information helpful? | |||
