[Resolved] Flipkart — mi note 7 pro product not delivered on time | |
I ordered a mi note 7 pro in flipkart flash sale on 8th may 2019. The expected delivery was 10th may 2019. But it was not delivered on that day. Next day when i called there customer care the told that the concerned team is working and created an incident. After that i called them many times but there was no update i was given the same answere. Even when i called on 15th they told to wait till 9pm. But still there was no call. On 16th when i called them, they told that the team is working and could not tell me the resolution date. Also now the incident details are not reflecting in their app. Please help Was this information helpful? | |
Jun 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 20, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the customer has cancelled the order due to the delay. Also, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 18, 2019. Hence, took feedback from the customer and closing the complaint from our end.
