Technician visited my place and checked the TV . Before his visit my tv was working in good condition with that break.
After technician open my tv for some number. My TV got blank totally. He took photo of blank TV and processed for claim.
On that basis
Jeeves decided to give refund about Rps 10999.In this case they suppose to replace display panel.
Meantime I was discussed with MI technical team before
jeeves technician come. They were ready to do replacement of display panel.
When MI technician can replace why not
Jeeves.
I have shared them video of display before
Jeeves technician visited and picture of display after
Jeeves technician visited.
It is clear that they just wanted to give me refund and they don't wants to repair it.
I have mailed them regarding this issue.I don't get any reply from two days.
