[Resolved]  Flipkart — microsoft visio 2019

I had ordered for a microsoft vision 2019 license on 6th of february2 019, with payment in cash against delivery. Order id no od[protected]. It was delivered on 13th february 2019. On delivery, after i paid cash, the package contained two documents, one was an invoice and other other was a letter stating that i need to contact a business watsapp no (91-[protected]) or the email id ([protected]@razersharp.in) to get the license key. The wastapp no was switched off and on emailing also, no response was received.
Upon canceling the order and asking for refund, the flipkart customer care representative assured i will get my refund within 2 working days and someone will come to collect the package back.
Neither the person has come to collect the package nor have i received my money back.
It compels me to insist that now the person coming to collect the package need to give me written confirmation on flipkart letterhead confirming that the money of rs. 3000/- shall be refunded back to me.
Request you to please help me out and expedite this matter. I am in urgent need of cash.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number[protected] in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
