[Resolved] Flipkart — mis shipment of wrong product | |||
I have ordered redmi k20 pro on october 3rd, 2019. And the order id for my product is : od[protected] I have received wrong product (Realme c2) inside of flipkart box which belongs to someone else. Inside of flipkart box i got realme c2 product and a receipt which belongs to sushma kumari and hase the order id : od[protected] I have been trying to get help from flipkart customer support but no result till now. I am attaching ll the required images which proves that i have received a wrong product. I am also attaching all the conversation between me and flipkart via emails.
