[Resolved] Flipkart — Misbehavior of delivery person on cancelled product. | |||
I ordered a phone and the delivery date given by flipkart was 30 October 2014. And blue dart through which you where sending the product gave me the date of delivery was 20 October 2014. But the company didn't delivered on the date given by company, so I cancelled the product. But today on 4 November 2014 your persons came and told my parents to take it. And when they told, "My son has cancelled the product". And they started to arguing them to take the product without watching what sort of product you giving to us. This is a very big issue that you have created and definitely it is like a notice to your company that it will be not tolerable by the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
