[Resolved]  Flipkart — Misbehaviour by the Delivery Boy

This complaint is regarding the delivery boy named: Mohanraju Bangaru who misbehaved with me. First day he called to know if I was available in my delivery address, I replied saying that I am unavailable right now and instead come to their office and collect it, but since their office closes by 5pm, I could not go as my office hours are till 7pm. Therefore, I informed the delivery boy that I will not be able to come before 5 pm and asked if he can get it the next day. Initially he started giving excuses saying that he will not be able to come and deliver and started misbehaving. After a lot of persuasion, he agreed to come the next day between 12pm to 2 pm. Next day, he did not call before coming and suddenly called up at 12:24 pm threatening me to take the delivery in 5 min otherwise he would leave. I said that I will be taking 15 min to reach, could you please wait for 15 min, he started shouting at me and quarreling with me saying that he would leave if I don't reach on time. First, he did not call before coming for the delivery and thus did not give me buffer time to reach the address. Second, when I requested him to wait for 15 min, so that I can reach the delivery address, he started yelling and quarreling with me. This misbehaviour is totally not acceptable and I am highly disappointed with the service. If this complaint is not looked into, I would rather cancel my order and not order anything in Flipkart in the future as well.

I have mentioned above tracking id so that other guy who delivered in good manner at 9am approx doesn't get scolded instead the culprit one.
I got 2 packets delivered today 1st one came and delivered smoothly as had also delivered many days earlier. But 2nd packet around at 10:15 AM, who came to deliver, first told me that he can't deliver to 4th floor rather, i need to come down to collect so i went down, asked him why did he called me instead coming up, as earlier all delivery people r delivering doorstep. But he started shouting infront of all people standing outside on road and said i will throw your parcel next time.

Plz take some action against him thanks.
