[Resolved]  Flipkart — Misbehaviour of delivery guy

Hi, It was really an unexpected terrible horrified disgusting disappointing and let down service from flipkart from my last order. I am putting this mail from gurgaon city. [protected]- this is his contact number and guy's name is chaman lal. tracking ID WSRC[protected] . First he was unwilling to reach at my address and called me to come to a location preferred by him then i insisted to reach by my accomodation and he started misbehaving with foul wordings.then still after little arguments he agreed somehow but after reaching again refused to climb stairs and ordered me to come down as he dint want to climb 3 floors..! When atlast he came he started misbehaving with non tolerant languages abused and blamed customers like me for their workload !!. I called to customer care deptt and right away informed this matter but till now i have been presented a deaf ear and my problem seem indifferent to flipkart team. Guys i want and expect a serious action towards that dumbheaded guy who is representing you and putting a bad image .you cant abuse a customer and misbehaved with my friend as well when she tried to explain the matter to him. Kindly respond to this and let me know what action has been taken . I want an apology from him orelse its a serious case of violating a customer service parametre. Anand [protected]

They should promptly investigate this matter and should take firm step to sack that courier man. Courier facility of Flipkart is deteriorating very fast and the customer care is doing nothing except assuring and reassuring, so no prompt action. This is getting bad day by day. I have been shopping for 4 and half years on flipkart but experience is getting very much worse this year.
