[Resolved] Flipkart — misleading and cancelling orders | |||
Recently, ive placed an order on flipkart worth rs 71 only in which flipkart offered promotional discount. After few hours, they just cancelled the order by stating that due to unavailability we are cancelling ur order. Till that, i was unhappy that company like flipkart couldn't fulfill at whatever condition. And today their mr. Kamran customer executive, misleading me completely that order was cancelled due to price error. Then what's the mean of promotional discount and unavailability. Why they can't deliver it to me even they are about to send bulk orders on same address to anyone if he/she placed an orders for sure? Neither they are giving compensate nor they delivering such orders. Requesting you to tell them to fulfill your orders if they provided. Such a bad experience. Verified Support May 26, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to pricing error. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
