[Resolved] Flipkart — misplaced product with someone else product

They delivered me a wrong product.

I ordered cameleon facial strips which costs me rs.194.

But they delivered a # disposable waxing strips which costs around rs.90.

Flipkart cheated on me you are a cheater i want my product which i ordered or at least give me back my money for gods sake.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is different. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on (25 Mar 19). However after replacement also customer said he received again same product customer was ready to refund the amount, customer was not sharing the bank details,
again when tried calling customer on her registered number on (29 Mar 19) at (12:26 pm) but we were not able to reach customer. We have sent an mail in your registered email Id, if you want us to reopen the case, kindly revert on the same mail.
