Flipkart — Missing Parcel... No update on Refund | |
Hello Flipkart Team, Team, today I have faced a very unfortunate incident. Order ID: OD[protected] I had placed an order from Flipkart a few days back on 30th October 21 which I received on 1st November i.e. today (Monday ) at my office address Delivery was on time, I received the order verification done by OTP. Outer package wad bit ramped I open the box saw seal tampered as if someone opened it n stick it back. Then there was a cardboard sheet folded in the place of the item. THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT WAS MISSING I have been shopping with Flipkart ever since e com shopping hype began but never had faced this type of BLUNDER OR STEALING... I don't know what had happened .. but I immediately call support they arranged a callback.. when I received a call I was jolted .they said please report after 24 hours. After several numbers of requests for a call back I got a call and they said refund will.be issue but dint memtion He said I will be receiving a mail. All I received was acknowledgment mail. Please I would request your team please take this incident into serious consideration. I have used Amazon too never faced such an issue until now. With Flipkart.
