[Resolved] Flipkart — missing part, overpriced goods and rejecting returns | |||||
I have recently bought a set of earphones on flipkart, a set of soundmagic es18s wired headset with mic (Red & black, in the ear) for rs.1164. It had good reviews, so i bought them through the phonepe payments app. According to its description, i was supposed to get a set of earphones and some extra buds along with a nifty case for storing them. When received, the case was missing. Afterward, i got to know through friends that their actual price is rs.625 only. I went back on flipkart to check the price again to make sure, and sure enough, it was 625 and out of stock. I immediately applied for cancellation and became happy that i wasn't scammed. But a day later, a flipkart delivery boy came by and delivered the product. Since it was prepaid, he said he couldn't take back the product and left it in my hands. I applied for a return with a refund on flipkart and it was rejected even though i applied within hours of its arrival. I am absolutely disappointed with the lack of customer service, dishonesty and no-care attitude of flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
