[Resolved] Flipkart — missing product from package | |||
The product which was delivered today for the order id od[protected] at around 7.30pm contained vim bar soap and duplicate samsung powerbank instead of the phone. The delivery denied to deliver at the doorstep instead he called from his number [protected] and called me by the road side to pick up the parcel. He gave the phone in a hurry without doing open box verification. I haven't received any deliver status update on flipkart and on my email address. Hence i would request you to kindly send me the original product which was ordered or refund my money. P. S. Kindly call me on [protected] to talk about the matter.
