[Resolved] Flipkart — missing product/different product and itvbtv

I ordered for 3 pairs of curtains but i received only 1 pair and that to different product and they charged me for all 3 pairs when i called them they gave me resolution that was really bad now my money is gone and i just have 1 pair that too of pathetic quality and colour as dint expect them to do such thing to a regular customer. Dec 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it. Verified Support Oct 29, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was missing in the package. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on[protected]. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

I ordered a Moto one power mobile in Flipkart on 10/10/18 through Bajaj emi card, the amount has been debited but order has not placed.Now Bajaj has sent me the emi confirmation.Flipkart says we have not received payment.please help me in resolving this.i have not got the product how can I pay the emi.
