I purchased MI TV 50 inches from Flipkart in October 2021 with an extended 3-year warranty. In my initial days, TV was showing display problems with horizontal & vertical lines at that time it was within replacement from Flipkart they replaced it with a new TV.
Now after 1.5 years same problem is reported for last 1.5 month, I repeatedly mailed/called Flipkart every evening they are replying back with there local vendor number Jeeves Electronics in Pune. When I am calling them they ask me about the TV Model & Order ID which I have given them thrice. After that they never respond to me. I again call the Flipkart even asked them in facebook about this & since 1 & half months they people are repeatedly saying they are working on this.
As this product is faulty now I want a full refund of my amount & promise will never ever purchase any product from this Brand.
I am a regular purchaser from Flipkart & I really trust them but facing so much of agony due to this incidence I am loosing confidence on Flipkart as well.
kindly rresolve my query & refund me all the amount. I need to purchase new TV. Was this information helpful? |
