[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile | |
I recently placed an order at flipkart for poco f1 (Black, 8 gb) (2563 gb) mobile phone under exchange. The exchange offer involves exchanging older mobile with a newer one. When the ekart (Courier name) executive came to deliver the mobile, he rejected the exchange for reasons not indicated by flipkart. The flipkart terms and conditions are (Flipkart terms and conditions followd by my response): 1. Brand and model of the old device matches the declaration provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device. The old device exactly matches the declaration provided by me. 2. The phone switches on and should be in switch on mode for a minimum of 30 seconds without connecting to charger. The phone switches on and remans active for hours together. 3. The imei of the old device, provided by me in the flipkart website at the time of purchase of the new device, is correct and there is no mismatch. The imei of the old device matches exactly with that provided by me. 4. Screen should not have any cracks and it should not be coming out from edges. Body of phone should not have any crack and there should not be any button missing from the phone There are no cracks on the screen and it remains intact. There are neither cracks nor missing buttons in the phone. 5. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active (All forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc needs to be de — activated). The screen lock was not kept in active. 6. For apple iphones, i-cloud account is unlocked. This is not applicable in my case. Despite fulfilling the terms and conditions as a customer, my purchase order was not fulfilled and thus the exchange was rejected. I request follow the terms and conditions mentioned on the website and thus complete my purchase order. More over wish master didn't even check the phone inside, even imei number. He said me the reason, paint in the concer of the phone went off. I'm not aware if flipkart accepts only if the product is as new as showroom condition. In such case why should user want to exchange the mobile for low cost. Flipkart is very worst and cheating in the name of exchange. I placed the order on 7th march and actual eta date is 10th march, i requested the flipkart team to look the reason for rejection by the wish master. They told me to await for 12 th march and now its turned to 13th march. You should reply for it and its the order id od[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
