[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile crashed after 6 months no guarantee and warranty | |||||
Hi, I have brought Letv max2 mobile in flipkart at 15k in August month 2017.After 2 months mobile started heating, from last week onwards mobile restarting every few mins. after approaching service center they informed motherboard damage and not able to update OS, Mobile will not function as need, Company stopped manufacturing motherboard nothing to do now it's not charge since few days and their was no guarantee and warranty for the product.i lost hard earned money 15k.please help me Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and addressed customer issue. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
