Flipkart — Mobile delivered and not accepting the return

I ordered MOTOROLA G62 5G (Midnight Gray, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) mobile on 29 th sepetember 2022 and got it delivered on 30th sepetember 2022 . The mobile does not working fine, its overheating and hanging sometimes.
I need to return the mobile and get refund. but flipkart is not accepting return. I have called customer care service she is saying that return is not possible to mobiles as per policy but As per seller's returns policy, iam getting this "your product MOTOROLA G62 5G (Midnight Gray, 128 GB) is eligible for a return. To request a return, visit: https://dl.flipkart.com/dl/account/orders and click the 'Return' button. An email and SMS will then be sent to you with all the pickup related details."
but I couldn't return as it was showing Something went wrong. attched snap of the same. Kindly take proper action and try to resolve my issue of return as soon as possible.
