[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile delivery misrouted | |||
Flipkart, why are you playing with customers? I ordered a mobile on sept 13, 2018. It was promised to get delivered by 16 sept, 2018. But today i tracked the status of the product. It is showing as the product is misrouted and went to hyderabad sort facility. Please let me know when this can be resolved and the product get delivered? Verified Support Sep 18, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that delivery was delayed because shipment was mis-routed within city due address-pincode related issue. Customer has confirmed that the product is delivered on September 18, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
