[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile Device Replacement | |||||
I have purchased a mobile Lenovo vibe K5 plus to gift my brother on his birthday, and after 4 days he started using that, mobile started heating up, quick discharge of the battery and not so good camera quality. When requested for a replacement Flipkart came up with excuses saying their app isn't showing any issues and we have to take the device to service center. We had to suffer for the faulty piece replacement Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 1, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 25, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed to visit ASC as SC test pass .. Customer history was good hence gave option to get job sheet with defect in device so that we can approve return customer agreed. Also asked customer that 10 days return policy is over but as an exception we will take request but customer should revert soon.
