[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile exchange oneplus 2 | |||||
On big billion day sale i purchase a new phone from flipkart and i placed it on exchange with my oneplus 2 phone. I already mentioned over there that the side buttons are not there. Previously the price was showing rs4000 and after giving details of side buttons price reduced to rs3500. Now after so many days the person came to pick the phone and now he is saying that we cannot take this phone as side buttons are not there. I said i already mentioned this on site and they reduced the price of the phone. But now i dont have my new phone and already i have paid the money. Also the discount in big billion day gone. So flipkart is just making fool o[censored]s. The people working for flipkart are not in sync with each other. Was this information helpful? | |||||
