[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile loan emi | |||
I have purchased redmi note 4 mobile from flipkart in august 2017 by my debit card loan emi option. But no any emi debited from my bank account till further. What can i do to solve the matter? Please help me i have already contact my bank account branch manager but he advised me to submit the letter of loan where you have purchased the item. I already wrought about this matter to flipkart customer care but no any satisfied answer given from flipkart sight. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue as per the the update, informed customer to get in touch with the bank and get the amount converted to EMI, customer agreed and closing the case.
