I placed a order asus zenphone on[protected] and received a order on[protected] After that i registered a complaint for sim card not detect in sim slot 2 Flip cart executive come for check the mobile he sent the detail to flipcart portal for sim cart not detect and as well as different imei product received Finally i received new product but same error will occur different imei In between from[protected] till today i was not received any satisfactory answer from flipcart and they will harassment through pickup ekat executive person will come daily in my office but not able to pick the product due imei mention on his pickup bill is different. He will come daily form last one month to touchier me and also wasting my time Flip cart is totally fraud, please don not buy any product from flipcart Mobile no -[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jun 29, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complaining that lock key is not working and replacement not processed on time. Hence processed refund and inform the pick up timeline and refund timeline. Hence closing the case from our end
