[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mobile refundable payment not received


I have purchased a mobile on 30th of November 2020 ( 30/11/2020) which is Realme 7 Pro at Flipkart, I have paid 21999/- INR for this mobile in which 10, 000 /- INR paid by my Flipkart wallet and remaining 11, 999/- INR paid by my axis bank account . Due to some personal reasons, I have cancelled the orders item's before delivery date ( on 1/12/20), so that 10, 000/- INR credited to my Flipkart wallet on same day i.e. 1/12/2020 but for remaining amount 11, 999/- which is deducted through my Axis bank account the date was given 11/12/2020. On 11/12/2020 they have updated that they have paid 11, 999/- INR to my bank account and that some of rupees credited to my axis bank account on 11/12/20 at 1.30 - 2.00 PM . When I saw this message I checked my bank account but not a single rupees is credited to my account by Flipkart seller . Then I have contacted to their customer support they told me to send PDF copy of my bank account, So I have send them bank statements in PDF form In which transaction date with time and till 11/12/2020 my all statements clearly mentioned, today on 14/12/20 I received a mail from Flipkart that my problem is resolved but still my I haven't received my refundable amount 11, 999/- INR . After sending more than 10 mails to their respective customer care id and in website chat and contact us option, they are saying we still haven't received PDF copy of my bank statements, how it is possible that attached PDF file showing to other receiver but not to Flipkart service and technical team? Customer care executives are unable to tell any contact email - id, what is going on don't know but I am facing refund related isssues from last 8-10 days and they have not given solution till date. ( I have attached the screenshots of mail which I have sent, you can see clearly attached files are visible)

After so many mail written to customer care of Flipkart, I received a mail that their email id is not working and also customer care executives are unable to provide any email id of Flipkart . It is amazing such a big group has no email id to contact. ( attached screenshot of mail )

We would like to inform you that the seller has confirmed the refund of Rs.11, 999/- and Rs.10, 000/-, has been completed on December 02, 2020, which should have been reflecting in the source account by December 11, 2020.

However, if the refund is not reflecting in the source account request you to contact the bank and raise a charge back for further assistance.

You have not refund 11, 999/- INR to my axis bank account, I have already provided you my bank statements more than 10 times. If you paid kindly provide me the transaction number . I have already contacted bank and they are saying no payment comes from your side.

On 11/12/2020, I have got only one payment of 5000/- INR from my zerodha trading account so don't give wrong information here. I have provided the proof of my bank statement which clearly shows that no payment refund by you and here you are providing wrong information, it is very shameful. Why not you provide me the transaction number of payment which you are saying you have refunded?
