I bought a samsung F34, on 15 th oct i received the mobile. but when powered on that mobile Infront of the delivery boy that time mobile getting heated at the first boot .. when i asked about this heating problem to that delivery boy, he said that this may happens due to its first boot.. he said you can use this for few days and if you face the same problem then you can raise the return request..and you will get another mobile. after using mobile for few days i faced same problem then i contacted to flipkart call center they said you must visit brand service center and when i visited the brand service center.. the attendant said that they have only 3 days replacement policy but the flipkart offers 7 days replacement and return .. after some argument he had taken my mobile.. but hewas saying that company will not giving you replacement ..when i contacted filpkart call center they said we have repair or replacement and they offering me repair .. but i m not satisfied on repair .. seller playing nice game they just delivered faulty mobile to the customer and when they raise return they just make repair the handed over to the customer..
please help me out .. i want my money back..
