[Resolved] Flipkart — mobile return and replacement | |||
Today i got a call from flipkart they said my return request is accepted i will get a new mobile on feb 13, after this call within few minutes my return request canceled, how can they cancel my request, whenever i contact flipkart they are saying we will take the complaint, concerned team will contact you and they will solve your problem within 3 days, i got this mobile on 21st jan still my problem isn't solved, i need a replacement, i cant use a defective mobile. If i don't get replacement i won't buy any products on flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally they accepted to provide an replacement, Flipagram social media helped me to get replacement, dinesh is the guy helped me to get an replacement, thank you Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
