Flipkart — Mobile sale cheating

I have purchased the motorola one fusion plus for 16999. I have been waited for long time and bought it on first sale (June 24). I have given my village address. As per the address my product should be delivered by july 5 th. I have contacted flipkart support guy so many times. My simple question is
"why the hell my product is not yet packed?"
I can understand the situation of corona. But if the seller really has a product then he should have packed and update the status. But whenever i approach flipkart support always says
"team is working reallllly hard to resolve the issue"
And the next day i will get message your issue will resolve tomorrow,
How many tomorrows i should wait
At last today i recieved message. My issue will resolve by july 13
Why the hell i should wait? There is no pain at all in flipkart a*, its my money the pain will we under me.
If there is any statement like if the product is delayed and the compansation will be like product will be free then flipkart support will truly work

My questions:
1) why the hell my product is not yet packed? (Cheating 1)
2) i have changed the address to bangalore to but still my product is not delivered as promised date why?
3) if the seller is in trouble, then how come second sale happened at july 5th and my friends recieved their products too. What happend to my device then is it went to moon or mars?

You people just grabing money from guys like me and get interest and do festival. But we will suffer and atlast we cant do anything. Pain will be ours always. If i stop using flipkart nothing will happen. You will loose just one dump guy who trusted flipkart.

One more sale happened today. Still you greeeeaaat team trying verrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy hard to resolve my issue.
I have reviceved the message that My issue will be resolved tomorrow. How come you people will cheat like this publicly.

Team is really working verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry hard to update the status will be resolved tomorrow and tomorroow again tomorrow ... till my death there is tomorrow.

Today morning I have received the message that My issue will be resolved by July 14.

This is not gonna hurt Flipkart people. Its hurting customers. If the flipkart gives punishment like if the product is not delivered with in time and 10 days grace period. They should give punishment to seller like the product will be not posted for that perticular seller for few days like a week or two weeks. Then the seller will work properly.

If you stop posting the vision star products . then the seller himself contact you why it is not poseted. then the hell word I am listening since my device brough "TEAM" who ever working can explain him the situation.
Then he can kick his own ba*** and work properly.
