[Resolved] Flipkart — money deducted from account without confirmation of order | |||
During the booking of spin mop On dt.24th september the amount is deducted from my account for the online transaction through HDFC Bank internetbanking After entering my OTP in HDFC Bank account, it showed session expired but my money was deducted for this order. In Flipkart, it shows that I haven't ordered for thwe spin mop and i didn't get my confirmation of purchasing on my mail. but there is no confirmation mail from the flipkart.The transaction details are as follows[protected]FlipFlipkartInternet[protected] Sep 2014=1, 599.00. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.No such problem expected from such big companies, otherwise they will loose faith of people for such things happening.
