[Resolved] Flipkart — Money got debited from my account but order not placed. Has been 10 days, no money refunded | |||
I ordered three books for Rs 1805 and made the payment through UPI using the Google Pay app on 28th March, 2021. The payment was shown as successful in the Google Pay app (see screenshots attached below) and the money was also debited from my account. However, the order was not placed on Flipkart and I could only see the message "Your Payment was not confirmed by the bank". Google Pay customer care confirmed that the money was deducted from my account and sent to merchant account, so if any refunds are to be claimed it has to be claimed from the merchant. I have contacted Flipkart customer care multiple times but to no avail. The usual response is money will be automatically refunded in a few days but it has been 10 days and I haven't got the money back and neither has my order been placed.
