[Resolved] Flipkart — money is not refunded into my bank account after deadline given by flipkart

I ordered realme 3 pro amounting rs 13999 on 9th july 2019 amount paid by me is prepaid and then i cancelled the order on same day. Fliplart assured me to refund my amount in my card till 18th july 2019 but no refund till 19 july 2019. My mobile no registered in flipkart is [protected]. This is happening to me 1st time. I dont know upto when i got my refund. This is not right. My name is rajeev sharma.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi,

We are sorry to hear that you’ve not received the refund of your order OD[protected] for Realme 3 Pro (Nitro Blue, 64 GB). The seller has refunded ₹ 13, 999/- on July 09, 2019 and this should have been in your bank account by now.

Updated by Rajeev#2676 No sir i havent got refund till 25th july i also contact my bank regarding this but they told me they havent got any amount 13999 between 9th july and 24th july.i also showed them transaction id which flipkart gave me but bank says it is not showing in my account.so pleawe help me out i want my money back.

Updated by Rajeev#2676 Till 28th july there is no refund in my account i think there is no issue with bank side bcz i have contacted thrice to sbi they are saying flipkart has no made any refund on 9th july.i am afraid that seller has looted my money.

Updated by Rajeev#2676 I dont know how they are working i asked flipkart only just ask seller the proof of refund money into my account so that i can show it into my respective bank but from 18th july till today means 28th july they are failed to give me proof of refund by seller it just takes 10 minutes to share the proof of refund but i cant understand why its taking very long time.
Bank is saying we havent got any money from flipkart and flipkart saying they have issued refund then where is money i am very very disappointed i request flipkart to allow some transparency between buyer and seller they will not give u any contact information of seller.
