[Resolved] Flipkart — Money not refunding after payment error from paytm | |
Hello, Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected] I purchased "Golden Sand back cover for vivo x70 pro" from Flipkart for 599 rupees on 8th october 12:20 AM, i tried to pay through Paytm but the payment error was showing and money got deducted from my Paytm wallet two times and i payed through HDFC net banking the third time which was successful. I contacted flipkart to refund me back for two times extra money deducted from paytm but they are not agreeing payment error and telling to contact paytm, i called paytm and they gave me confirmation email saying money has been sent to flipkart. Paytm first payment Error details:- Order ID : PZT[protected]C57EI01 Transaction ID [protected] Paytm second payment Error details:- Order ID : PZT[protected]CJQNK01 Transaction ID [protected] I request Flipkart to stop cheating their customers and please co-operate.
