[Resolved] Flipkart — moto c plus mobile-need my money back where flipkart and liquor | |||||
This is unusual experience am having with flipkart am completely flipped, feeling no customer friendly and no value for customer feel about a product. I disliked product having issues, i told them multiple times to multiple people.. There is no point as flipakrt not listening to customer voice. Policies are there in place.. But however if there is no exception on genuine case.. Then e-commerce is all about much fooling people with photos and english statements by adding colors. Moto c plus i bought, it is exclusive only on flipkart, bought the mobile faced problems, arranged technician visit.. He did not approve Reason being for every replacement they approve from iquor (Company who certifies) personnel they cut salary of employee 400/- rupee hence they do not approve, they do not know english and say they are technical engineers... Who do not know android issues. If i ask about android widget issue it was straight away said not an mobile issue contact flipkart and flipkart says our technician has to approve. However approached social twitter spoke to a lady she arranged again a technical visit also promised to do best irrespective of replacement once technical person approves problem. Now on second visit problem identified and automatically system arranged a replacement. However i am unhappy with the product, product is not user friendly. Again today morning spoke to flipkart personnel social media he is telling only policy policy and being a customer its my fate to use the same... Mobile as it is my bad choice i choose flipkart to buy. Overall iquor company type with flipkart is cheating to customer i want value for money, i need my money back. I was asked to give feedback for motorola which i have done. After all i loosing so much of my time with flipakrt feeling like i lost 7k totally. One promised to do the best for cash reversal on first call and other noooooooooo. Life is in problem with this virtual world, mobile is not like a cloth somehow will accept and use. And when for a cloth try and buy option is there but not for mobiles, we will never come to know the feel or quality until it reaches however a customer voice being vanished today. But i heard one of my friend case where redmi-4a after 10 days replacement warranty request was taken to reverse money. Here flipkart says only policy. I dont want to use moto c plus anymore.
