I have ordered MOTO Z2 Force on 10th October 2018 and i had received it on 12th October 2018, i had received Refurbished phone with a Software issue (continuous restart) so i raised a request on flipkart on 12th about replacement and it got approved and they sent a new phone for return on 15th, but by the time they come due to restart issue the phone become Dead and now the executives are not accepting the phone in that condition i called immediately to Flipkart they told and given me the time frame till 18th of October i have called many times but Flipkart is not responding for any escalations, when we call them to transfer call to the senior team the phone will be disconnected and They are not ready to accept the phone and respond back Was this information helpful? | |||||
