I have ordered a Motorola G60 mobile on 09.08.22 with the exchange mobile Samsung M20.
But during delivery of new mobile on 14.08.22, The exchange mobile had screen crack problem and IME number can't visible so the exchange was rejected by the delivery executive.
CASH for the exchange mobile price of Rs.3400was paid.
The invoice which i got with mobile having exchange mobile price mentioned also the new invoice which was downloaded from flipkart app also having exchange mobile price details.
I need a invoice with the amount mentioning paid by card while placing order and cash paid during mobile delivery Rs.3400 alone as well.
The exchange mobile details has to be removed from the invoice, since the exchange was rejected and not done.
Contacted customer care for more than 11 days still the issue was not resolved.
Kindly do the needful.
