Flipkart — Motorola LED TV/ Screen broken on arrival

Bought LED,
On arrival of tv, i told delivery guy about bad condition of tv packaging box.
Box tapped again seal was clearly visible that is broken.
Box was stapled thrice to pack it again multiple times.
As i got suspicious. Opened box in front of delivery person. Things seems fine. But i did not provided him receiving OTP due to bad condition of box. Until tv gets installed. He went back without OTP without any receiving in any form. He just told that you will be having 10 days for return.
There's no written confirmation that i received package from flipkart.

Without any receiving, things went ahead. I don't know how.
Moving further when installation agent arrived screen did not worked and he told it is broken inside.

Flipkart support says they are checking things
I do have proper video while opening box . Which clearly shows seal was broken and bad condition of box.
No solution from support. They're just tend delay and end call.
Will surely make it to legal for mental harrassment and no solution after 10 more day's.
