[Resolved] Flipkart — multiple times automatic cancellation of order | |||||
Since yesterday morning till today afternoon i have tried to book honor 9i mobile 5 times with SBI 10% instant cashback offer. All the 5 times order got cancelled automatically. After placing each order i talked to customer care. For first 2 orders they told me that the seller has received some bulk order so my order was cancelled. After that they told me to try booking again as there is some issue from the seller side and that i may be able to complete the booking. But even after the 5th try tge same story kept on repeating. Customer care executives are not able to give any reason for the incident. Now comes the best part. I booked the same mobile immediately after 5th unsuccessful attempt without instant cashback offer and with COD option. This time there was no cancellation. I again called up the customer care and explained them the way seller was fooling customers. But as in the previous 5 calls, customer care executive were only explaining their limitation in giving any information about the incident. Also they straight way advised me not to take any action as there is no way/channel of lodging such complaints. Flipkart can only register some standard complaints (the one which are listed on the website). Kindly help.. This is purely a case of cheating and cusromer harassment. Flipkart is fooling customers by placing false adv and offers only to lure customers.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

First of all i would like to thanks consumer complaint support team for making my voice reach M/s Flipkart.
I would like to put an update on my complaint. After putting up this complaint, i recevied 2 calls from flipkart customer care. No need to say that they were hopelss as usual. They were only trying to make me take my complaint back without giving any justification for the issue i have raised.
When i refused, they gave their standard answer "sir, we have escalated ur complaint and you will receive a call back for resolution with in 24 hrs." Besides this there was nothing they were able to tell. These people are really ridiculous and are only trying to supress the issue. I have demanded a written justification and the actual reason for their unjustified actions. But seems that flipkart is least bothered about customer satisfaction and business ethics. I would request customer complaint team to push this issue untill flipkart gives a justified response for their unethical acts.
