[Resolved]  Flipkart — my account blocked

I have so many redmi phone for my colleague and family. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without enquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. I work for ministry of defence. How can they insult me. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank you

If you guys are want to block any user to buy product in bulk quantity then limit maximum order quantity of that order for that user. Please don't block account because so many times user need an invoice and other details. If you want, then follow Amazon policy for this condition they never blocked account they restricted user to buy products beyond allowed limit.

We had escalated the issue to the concerned team and we would like to inform that customer's return request has been cancelled as the systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items the customer has purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. Closing the complaint from our side.

Please allow to login and block buying the product. Or limit every product to maximum quantity for any user like Amazon.
